Shipping Prices

Domestic: All shipping prices are calculated automatically based on weight but usually starts at around $6.95.
Shipping quotes can be calculated quickly when you view your cart items. Free shipping is sent out via priority mail or FedEx ground.

International: All international shipping prices are calculated automatically based on weight.
Customs fees or possession by customs will not be handled by VANYA. Please ensure that the country allows the import of skin care products.
All international shipments does not include insurance.
No free shipping available for international orders.
All international orders will be reconfirmed via email and you will be informed if any additional fees must be included.
Lost packages cannot be refunded with international shipping. Therefore please ensure that you provide a valid mailable address. No PO boxes please.

1. First Class International: The cheapest method, usually sent by boat, and also takes the longest with no delivery date guarantee. Can vary between 2-4 weeks.
2. Priority Mail International: Best value delivery method. Air delivery that takes approx 6-10 business days.

Which countries do you ship to?

If a shipping quote does not appear for a country you select in the cart or checkout, it means that we do not ship to that particular country.

Operating Business Days

Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders must be placed by 2PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) to be processed on the same business day. Standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses takes 8 - 12 business days.

Do you ship to Hawaii or Alaska?

We ship to all contintental states of the United States as well as Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping rates will differ for Hawaii and Alaska and the delivery speed will also vary.

My package was not delivered.

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives safely at your doorstep but if for some reason the package is refused or returned to the sender, the customer will be charged the shipping cost of the order and/or additional shipping costs to resend the order.

My package was delivered but damaged.

If the package is damaged, please make sure you sign the delivery receipt as "Damaged Packages". Unfortunately, once the order leaves us, VANYA has no control on the handling of the shipping but we will make sure all damaged items are replaced in an expedient manner. However, failure to make a claim within 24 hours with the carrier will result in a denial for the replacement.

Online Return Policy

At VANYA, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We believe strongly in our products and their quality, but, if for any reason you aren't satisfied, you can return merchandise within 14 days of purchase for a full refund excluding shipping costs. If you bought a product as part of a set, the entire set must be returned to receive a refund.

International Return Policy

Due to the nature of international shipping, tracking and uncertainty in resolving international issues with various carriers, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for international orders.
Please ensure your order is completely accurate before placing an order. You may also contact us to edit or cancel your order.

Our Error?: If you're returning the product because we made an error, email us at sales@thevanya.com and we will refund you the shipping fee to cover the cost of shipping.

Exchanges

You can exchange your returned item for another of equal value at VANYA. If you'd like to exchange the item for one that costs more, we'll charge your credit card for the difference. Shipping prices will not be refunded.

Checking the Status of a Return or Exchange

You can check the status of your return or exchange (as well as other details of your order history) by clicking My Account, signing in, and viewing My Orders. Your Order details will show you items that have been returned/refunded and new items that have been ordered to fulfill an exchange.
