What type of products do you sell?
VANYA offers a range of paper facial masks, also referred to as mask sheets, sunless tanning products and sunblock wipes/towelettes with the vision to add more unique skin care products that offers quality and convenience at an affordable price. We found that facial mask sheets were not readily available in the U.S. and the ones that you could purchase were very limited in features and functions.

How do I purchase an item?
Purchasing is very easy. Simply navigate to the item you wish to buy, click on the "Add to Cart" button. This will place your item into a shopping cart just like you would do when buying groceries, only it is virtual. Then to finalize a purchase, click on proceed to checkout and follow the onscreen step by step instructions.

Ordering

Is it safe to order online on VANYA?
This image certifies that ALL transactions are secured and encrypted by the industry standard for your protection of private and financial information. All data is encrypted by 128bits which makes it impossible to hack. Purchasing online with VANYA is actually safer than a retail store where you are subject to theft or loss.

What are my payment methods?
We accept all major credit cards (AMEX, VISA, Mastercard) as well as Paypal. However, checks and money orders are not accepted due to processing and administrative delays.

What is the pricing currency?
All products are quoted in US dollars.

How do I cancel my order?
If you made an order and wish to cancel, please contact us via email with your order information within 1 hour and we will cancel the order for you. Note that an order cannot be canceled once it has been shipped out so please make sure to inform us as soon as possible.

Will my order be taxed?
All purchases made within the state of Washington will be taxed at a retail rate of 9.5%. If purchases are made outside of Washington state, no tax charges will be applied.

Does VANYA offer discounts?
We offer discounts in the form of promotions as well as coupons for those in our mailing list. Discounts can also be obtained through bulk purchases. Free shipping also applies to all orders over $50.

Does VANYA offer wholesale services?
Wholesale is defined as LARGE purchases. Purchasing 50 facial masks or self tanning wipes is not considered wholesale bulk. For wholesale enquiries, please contact us at sales@thevanya.com

Do you ship to Hawaii or Alaska?
We ship to all contintental states of the United States as well as Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping rates will differ for Hawaii and Alaska and the delivery speed will also vary.

Do you ship internationally?
At this point in time we do not offer international shipping, but if you feel that VANYA has the products for your needs, please contact us and we will try to work something out. With international shipments we cannot guarantee the condition of the package or offer refunds.

My package was not delivered.
We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives safely at your doorstep but if for some reason the package is refused or returned to the sender, the customer will be charged the shipping cost of the order and/or additional shipping costs to resend the order.

My package was delivered but damaged.
If the package is damaged, please make sure you sign the delivery receipt as "Damaged Packages". Unfortunately, once the order leaves us, VANYA has no control on the handling of the shipping but we will make sure all damaged items are replaced in an expedient manner. However, failure to make a claim within 24 hours with the carrier will result in a denial for the replacement.
