Consume foods containing Vitamin C such as strawberries, lemons, tangerines, tomatoes. It is important to maintain your skin internally as well. Vitamin C is recommended to be eaten raw. Vitamin A, B and E are also good for whitening skin. Keratin that has been ongoing can be easily be removed if the skin cell reproduction is active. Foods containing Vitamin C and Vitamin A such as butter, cheese, milk and green vegetables help this process of removing keratin. Good quality protein and a balanced nutritional diet will be of great help in whitening our skin.
