Don't we all want tighter and younger looking skin. Well, the sooner we pay attention to facial skin care, the more likely we are to obtain beautiful skin and maintain it as we get older. Did you know that sudden weight loss, sleeping on high pillows and lowering your chin produce wrinkles? How then, can we reclaim our skin that was once young and firm?

Daily Routines to Firm Skin
1. Feed your skin what it wants
Drink at least 10-14 glasses of water every day. Getting enough moisture into your system leads to firmer skin.
2. The number one cause of wrinkles is UV rays
Regardless of season or weather, always apply suncream on your skin before going out. UV rays accelerates aging of skin.
3. Use functional skin products
It is easy to become dry around the eyes and lips where there are no sebum glands and sweat glands. Use eye cream and essence.
4. Engage in regular exercise
This is a no brainer. Exercise does wonders by contributing to active blood flow throughout the body.
5. Get enough rest
Less than 6 hours or more than 8 hours of sleep not only cause weight gain but also makes your skin look loose and saggy.
Botox Side effects
An additional point.
Chemical peel surgery or
botox are effective in removing wrinkles, but, if you overdo it, it will eventually damage the skin protective membrane and promote dryness by irritating your skin. This, in turn, will produce more wrinkles and more. Look at that image on the side. Horrific.
