Dry Skin

It’s easy to have keratin (dead skin cells on outer layer of skin) if you have dry skin. You have dry skin because your skin lacks the secretion of sebum.

Performing skin care for dry skin is harder than other skin types because your skin is sensitive and you want to keep the irritation to a minimum.

Something to keep in mind is that you don’t want to exfoliate extensively. This will only cause your skin to become drier. A better method for cleansing is to use a cleansing cream or foam.

Since it is common for dry skin to lack both moisture and oil, you should strive to keep a skin balance in order to prevent your skin from drying out further, especially during the colder seasons.

Dry Skin Care Tips

  1. Facial massages using the best facial sheet mask that provide sufficient moisture to your skin. Recommended use of 3 times per week.
  2. Use exfoliating products only once a week. Gently massage while applying.
  3. Drink a lot of water to keep your skin moisturized.
  4. Eat a cucumber every day.

Combination Skin

Having combination skin is a blessing. Your skin is healthy and well balanced with a moderate amount of  sweat and sebum excretion. People with combination skin rarely experience severe skin problems. You’ll be most likely to a few pimples here and there but overall, your skin is healthy.

This can also be a disadvantage because it is easy to ignore skin care.

A great method for facial cleansing is using the double cleansing method for washing your face.

Combination Skin Tips

  1. Deep cleansing
  2. Facial mask sheets recommended to keep your skin moisture. 2 times a week
  3. Essence massage using facial masks
  4. Homemade facial recipes - cucumber, yogurt etc

Oily Skin

Oily skin is easy to have skin problems such as breakouts, acne, blackheads and large pores due to excessive sweat and sebum.

All this sweat and sebum accumulates waste in your pores and is further worsened by the keratin trapping those impurities inside your pores. A simple cleansing doesn’t even work in this situation. You have to first exfoliate to remove that barrier of dead skin and then cleanse.

It’s also very important to care for your pores using oil free cleansing products, foam cleanser and effective exfoliating products to remove keratin.

Use a steamed towel to cover your face in order to open up the pores. Then, apply exfoliating products to remove wastes blocking your pores. Carefully manage around the T-zone area where larger pores exist and even more excessive sebum secretion occurs. Make sure to avoid accumulation of thick keratin around the area.

Oily Skin Tips

  1. Exfoliate your skin - Remove keratin and maintain clean pores
  2. Perform deep cleansing
  3. Hydrating sheet mask strongly recommended - Helps maintain balance of your skin and keep your skin moisturized.
  4. Homemade facial recipe - carrot, egg white etc.
