Easy to Follow Keratin Skin Care. Start Now!
A. Drink Plenty of Water
In order to maintain moist skin, I recommend drinking 10-16 cups of water daily. Drinking water is the most direct method of moisturizing our skin. Drinking plenty of water also helps to remove waste from our body through urination.
B. Soft Skin using Steamed Towel
It is important to make our skin soft to easily remove keratin. A steamed towel is one of the easiest and effective method of softening keratin.
Soak a towel in hot water and squeeze excess water out or soak a dry towel in water and microwave it for 1 minute. Careful that it isn’t too hot to burn your face.
C. Scrubs or Exfoliating Products
Use scrubs or exfoliating products only 1-2 times a week. The smaller the granule in the exfoliant, the less it will stress your skin.
First splash warm water and apply the product evenly on your face. Gently rub your skin with your fingers and make circles. Wipe off using warm water.
D. Massage
Another good way to remove keratin is to increase your metabolism by aiding blood circulation through a massage. Mix essence with either a massage or nutrition cream and evenly apply on your face as you gently rub in a circular motion.
E. Provide Moisture through Facial Masks or Facial Packs
Facial masks help to remove impurities remaining deep in your pores and provides nutrition and moisture and make our skin moist and smooth. Use 1-3 times a week.
F. Carry a Lip Balm
Our lips have no sebum glands so we have to care for our lips with lip gloss or lip balm. Applying honey will also provide nutrition and give you that glossy look.
G. Half-bath and Honey Massage
Not many people are familiar with a half-bath. A half-bath simply is where you immerse yourself into a tub of water up to your belly button. A half-bath allows your blood to circulate and also remove impurities from the skin.
During a half-bath, massage your face with honey and wash off with warm water. As your skin absorbs the moisturizing components in honey, your skin will glow and feel fantastic.
