I, and this may be true of you also, find it bothersome when skin and keratin come off during makeup. To solve this problem several aesthetic experts recommend the use of milk as a skin care ingredient for your facial skin.
Cleopatra, as beautiful as she was, recognized the effectiveness of milk and washed daily with milk. If her bathtub wasn’t filled with milk, she did not take a bath.
Milk is combined with fat and moisture so it helps in balancing the skin to its best condition. Mineral components in milk also form a protective layer in our skin which contributes to moisture and softness in our skin. It also removes stubborn keratin and wastes in pores and helps to maintain clear skin.
Remove Dead Skin Layers and Waste
1. Wipe your skin with heated (warm) milk.
Since the fat in cold milk is solidified, warm milk is much more easily absorbed by the skin. You can apply on your face as well as your body and experience more moisturized, softer skin.
2. Removing Freckles and Liver spots with Milk & Green Bean Powder
- Mix milk and green bean powder in a ratio of 2:1 and spread evenly onto your face.
- Gently massage in and wait for 10 minutes
- Wipe off with warm water.
This simple recipe helps to remove waste from the pores and dead skin layers.
How To Get Clear Skin
1. Facial Skin Care with Fermented Milk
Apply fermented milk at normal room temperature to a cotton ball and wipe it on your skin just like a facial mask pack. If your skin tone is dark and dull and you have thick layers of keratin, you should benefit from this face skin care method quite quickly.
2. Feed your skin Milk
After cleansing your face, apply just enough milk to your face so that when you gently pat it, it is absorbed. If you have oily skin, smaller portion of milk would be enough to see the result. This is a good skin care method after taking a shower when the pores are open.
Remove Oil from Skin
1. Milk & Brown Sugar Sweet Scrub
- Mix milk and brown sugar (I would say 1:1).
- Apply on your face except around eyes and mouth areas.
Brown sugar is effective for removing blackheads. This can be a great substitute for nose packs.
Important!!
After apply some form of milk pack on your skin, you must completely wash it off. Leftover ingredients from milk in your pores may breed germs and can cause skin problems. In addition, since milk contains fatty ingredients, if you have severe oily skin or are suffering from purulent acne problems, milk may worsen your skin condition. Therefore, this is not recommended for those with oily or acne skin.
