We all know about UV rays and the harm it does to our skin. Tanning Beds Not so Safe

6/2/10 7:39 PM

There are many websites and so called studies without any hard evidence claiming that sun exposure and sun tanning is actually beneficial more than it is dangerous.

This clearly does not make sense and is absolutely false.

Science, fact and evidence tells us that suntans do not protect us from the sun, sun exposure is not good for our health or skin, sun tanning increases the risk of skin cancer. Being diagnosed with skin cancer may not be a high probability but that probability still exists nonetheless.

Carrots can be used as one of the best facial masks. If your skin is rough in texture and reacts to different temperatures, this may cause some complex symptoms. If this happens, people usually overly focus on exfoliating or nourishing and moisturizing the skin. However, if skin care is focused on either one or the other, we cannot maximize the benefits of the skin care product or method. Keratin Skin Care: Part 1

How do women with beautiful skin care take care of keratin (dead skin cells)? Let's look at the cause of keratin problems.

Keratin: Why do we Have it?

1. Skin Type (oily or dry skin) Does not Matter

Oily skin: If you have excess fatty acids on your facial skin, it weakens the stratum corneum, which protects the lower layers of skin, and your skin becomes sensitive. pores_002Do you have large pores? One of the main reasons for enlarged pores is sebum. Excessive sebum secretion accumulates waste and impurities at the entrance of the pores which results in inactive sebum activity leading to even bigger pores. It's a snowball effect of pores. So, people with oily skin types tend to have larger pores than people with dryer skin.

1. Thorough Cleansing to Minimize Pores

The best method of preventing an increase in your pores is to create an environment where waste cannot accumulate and fill the pores.

How? Cleansing of course.

First, wash your face with warm water and then use a foam cleanser to cleanse your face completely.
